Using the source power of the labyrinth, you will release stress, receive healing, and empower your intuition to see your right course to take.
Though the labyrinth is thousands of years old, these ancient patterns still speak to us today. The labyrinth is a single, continuous pathway, winding purposefully into its center and back out again. It is a tool used as a moving meditation for reflection, prayer, and problem solving, connecting to your inner self.
There are three parts to the journey:
• The walk into the center represents releasing
• Arriving in the center of the labyrinth represents receiving
• The walk out represents renewal
The labyrinth seems to find us, we are led to it, and then it leads us to places and people.

Kayla Gayle’s first encounter with a labyrinth was at the Franciscan Renewal Center located in Scottsdale, AZ. While attending an Enneagram workshop, she went outside at the break to a “cool” 111 degrees and wandered into a labyrinth. Finding in the center of this desert labyrinth, candy bar wrappers, crumbled cigarette packs, crushed beer cans; she wondered why all this “garbage” was left behind. When Kayla returned to the workshop and mentioned what she had just experienced, the nun reported they had just had a ceremony about letting go, leaving one’s addiction behind, and walking out free.
Since that first meeting with the labyrinth in the desert, Kayla Gayle’s own labyrinth journeys have brought her new abilities for creativity and meditation, and to provide these opportunities for others. The labyrinth has taken her to hospitals, churches, cruise ships, treatment centers, and schools. Labyrinths provide that place of peace where one can go to balance the brain.
